While these are challenging times, we are looking to the future and looking forward to welcoming your families and you back to our beautiful resort. Accordingly, we have made our deposit and cancellation policies more flexible, giving you the piece of mind in case a change of plans is needed.
One (1) night deposit refundable up to 14 days (two weeks) prior to arrival, at which point the full balance is due and the reservation becomes non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation within 2 weeks of arrival, a credit** of up to one (1) year from original arrival date will be extended.
A 25% deposit will be due at time of booking and is refundable until September 30th, 2020. All refunds are subject to a 3% transaction fee. On September 30th, 2020, the full balance will be due and the reservation becomes non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation after September 30th, a credit** of up to one (1) year from original arrival date will be extended.
A credit card will be required to guarantee the booking, but no deposit will be required until September 1st, 2020, at which time we would take the greater of 3 nights or 50%, refundable until 30 days prior to arrival. All refunds are subject to a 3% transaction fee. The full balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation becomes non-refundable.
**All credits are valid for room, tax and fees only and cannot be used towards incidentals. Partial credits will not be refunded and must be consumed within the credit validity period.
